I felt as if I had to bring these two things with me – I thought they would be essential in helping me get work in the future. One document is my degree from the School of Pharmacy at the University of Baghdad and the other is my membership in the Pharmaceutical Union (in Iraq if you are not a member of the Pharmaceutical Union, you will not be recognized as a pharmacist, even if you have the qualifications). But outside Iraq, these 2 documents really weren’t of much use. I, nevertheless, held on to them. Who knows they might be of some use some day.
